Our name, SEALE, pronounced ‘see-lee’,

is an acronym created from the first name initials of the original five members of

staff who were integral in getting the

venture off the ground.

Our Story

We at Seale consider ourselves to be

a young, yet established business.

This is because the Seale team previously worked for Ha'Penny Press, which in 2019

was acquisitioned by a rival company

and subsequently closed, making

everyone redundant.

Anna, our Managing Director, thus began negotiations with local supplier PJ Print Ltd

to help start a brand new company.

PJ quickly saw the fantastic opportunity

at hand and invested; safeguarding the jobs

of 5 people and ensuring a seamless

transition for our clients.

And so in February 2020, Seale was born,
with an experienced and proven team

already in place, and the ongoing support

of it's many loyal clients.

We were off to a flying start,

but then came the Pandemic.

Most businesses have endured difficulties throughout the Covid-19 Pandemic and Seale was no different; with an initial downturn in sales and cancellations as charities were forced to re-assess their methods of fund raising; but we persevered and stayed open

to support our clients in developing and fulfilling their new strategies. We have gone from strength to strength ever since.

Meet the Team

Anna

Managing Director

Anna is the lifeblood of Seale. She is committed to maintaining strong

client relationships and getting hands on when the going gets tough.

With her thirty-five plus years of experience in the printing industry

(twelve of which are in the charity direct mail sector), Anna has the knowledge, skill and passion to ensure complete customer satisfaction.

Anna is a regular visitor to the local gym where she undertakes

weight training with a personal trainer and also enjoys meals out,

jigsaw puzzles and musicals - her favourite being Hamilton.

Ellie

Production Manager

As an original 'Seale 5', Ellie has thrived and become one of the superstars

of the business. Working closely with Anna, she is highly skilled and

organised in data preparation and proof production.

Ellie is a family and friends orientated person who
loves to take her dog out for long walks with her husband Evan (another original Seale 5)

Alex

Alex

Graphic Designer

Alex brings a fresh approach to campaign design. His talent knows no end,

be it a full campaign design or tweaking and updating existing artwork.

With access to a full Adobe creative suite, he has a keen eye for smart and modern design which stays faithfull to clients’ brand guidelines.  


Outside of work, Alex likes spending time with his young family,

walking various nature trails and [attempting to] renovate his home.

Shaun

Finishing & Enclosing Operator

With over 35 years’ experience in print finishing, Shaun’s extensive

knowledge and skill is an absolute asset to our team, he is our go to

person when we have any finishing challenges. Since joining our team

in October 2020, Shaun has been fully trained on our enclosing

line which has added an extra string to his bow of many talents.

When not at work Shaun is a whisky connoisseur, book reading,

video game playing, rock music listening Grandad!

Dean

Finishing & Enclosing Operator

Dean has been in the print industry for over 20 years. He has previously worked in hot foiling/stamping as well as general print finishing and is loving learning the world of direct mail and enclosing.
 
Dean’s hobbies include running and watching documentary series on Netflix. Every Saturday his young family have a movie nigh
t, in which a different member gets to choose the film each week, cue popcorn and lots of fun!

Raffle Tickets
Personalisation

Design Services

Once you’re happy to proceed,

we pass you over to our free, bespoke design service. Alex, our resident designer, will create onbrand,

beautiful and attention-grabbing artwork; liaising with you throughout

to ensure perfection.

Never fear, if you already have your

own designer, simply send us your

print-ready artwork. We can tweak

your previous artwork too if you

prefer this to a full redesign.

Raffle Tickets

Raffle tickets are a great way to fundraise; adding a fun, exciting and financial motivation to your campaign.

We design them to match the rest of your campaign artwork; print and finish (perfing the stubs and gluing the books), then enclose them into your envelopes; all at a great price!

Personalisation

We go the extra mile to perfect

your data, at no extra cost!

Be it deduping or simply taking

the time to ‘tidy up’, Ellie, our Production Manager will make

sure your personalisation is clean, accurate and professional.

Data cleansing is also available

as an extra service.

We personalise by way of lasering;

using a Ricoh 8320 mono laser printer that is capable of both simplex or duplex print on paper or board.

In addition to this, we use an

S1 colour Astrojet printer to personalise enclosed packs, magazines and

short runs of envelopes.

Print

We share an office with sister company PJ Print. Their state of the art presses (both lithographic and digital) are able to produce superb, eco friendly print, allowing us to offer the best rates

to clients without compromising

on quality.

 

Our colour Ricoh digital press can print all paper stocks, so we're able to offer short runs of leaflets, postcards and letters which in turn can be personalised at the same time.
 

Finish & Enclose

Our experienced operators Shaun

and Dean will finish your product,

such as trimming, folding, die cutting, laminating, saddle-stitching or perfing.

 

In June 2021 our brand new BB700 S2 enclosing line was installed (custom built in Germany by W+D), which has increased our productivity, made Shaun and Dean's life much easier and ultimately future-proofed the business.

 

It has 8 stations: 6 rotary feeders,

1 shuttle feeder and a modified friction feeder which allows us to enclose multiple raffle books in one pass and gives us the capability to enclose some open sided items.

 

We can match up to 4 different personalised items, and with its auto mismatch and sequence recovery system, you can trust us to enclose your campaign accurately and efficiently.

Postage

We will sort, bag, bundle and release

the finished product to Royal Mail; ensuring your campaign drops on your audience’s door matt in no time.
